'We the People' Petition

Petition for "redress of grievances"

(to the tune of 'Tradition' from "Fiddler on the Roof")

What is the way to see that all our issues

get before Obama

and may get redressed?

AND how can the victims of remote surveillance

ever be free of the perps?...PETITION, PETITION........PETITION!!!

Greetings, everyone.

We have been talking about the petition to be posted at the White House website for the past few weeks. And now it's finally live!

The petition and link in the section below were generated today as part of President Obama's new 'We the People' petition program. The administration has stated that it will review and issue an official response to all petitions that acquire 5000 or more signatures within 30 days of initiating. So we now have until October 26, 2011 to acquire the other 4990 signatures needed for his office to respond to our request.

Please everyone review our petition below, then go to this link, register at the site and sign the petition. We need the entire TI community for this effort. And also please post it on your facebook page, twitter, blogs, forums, and other places around the web where people can read and sign it. Be sure to invite friends and family to sign as well. We will need to extend this opportunity far beyond the TI community for us to acquire all the signatures needed.

The public education value of this project is worth the effort.

I also need to mention that some have had a few difficulties with the website. In the event of any insurmountable problems, here is the White House number: 202-456-1414 . Tell the operator you want to speak to someone about the 'We the People' website.

Thanks a lot!

We petition the Obama administration to...

...form a presidential commission to investigate the covert use of mind control technologies on American citizens. The Church Committee's investigation of the FBI, NSA, and CIA in the early 1970s uncovered the existence of the CIA's secret mind control program, MKULTRA. This program non-consensually co-opted men, women, and children into experiments to access and control the human mind. Although officially shut down, in actuality mind control research programs are secretly thriving today among the US military and intelligence agencies. After several decades, these covert programs have achieved a high degree of success at the expense of the lives and livelihoods of many thousands of citizens whose complaints of stalking and intrusions have gone unheeded. The complete dissolution of our rights to privacy and other civil liberties as citizens and human beings is imminently at risk.
